College of Allied Educators, Singapore (CAE), is a premier learning institution and learning provider of choice for special needs, counselling, psychology, and allied health and science programmes. Since 2004, the College formerly known as School of Linguistics was a pioneering institution providing accredited training programmes to parents, teachers, and caregivers acquiring practical tools and skills in order to support children with special needs.
